The EDGE Group has created, tested, and implemented a proven process for fundraising and organizational assessment. This assessment process is designed for nonprofit charities looking to develop a strategic road map that is built upon their core mission.

We currently offer three assessments that address common business issues - - Fundraising Readiness Assessment, Capital Campaign Readiness Assessment and Board Governance Improvement Assessment.  Each assessment takes approximately 60 days to complete and includes historic evaluation, present condition analysis, and future potential recommendations.

Board Governance Improvement Assessment
Your board is charged with governing your organization.  The problem is, that most board members are trained or equipped with the skills they need to govern successfully. The results from your Board Governance Improvement Assessment will give you the road map to create a successful board, run efficient meetings, develop staff partnerships that work, and ultimately give you the insight to improve the overall governance of your organization.
